Any violation of any of the provisions of § 70.01 is a violation of this chapter when the violation occurs within the city. Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty misdemeanor and fined no less than $15. If a minimum fine or imprisonment is prescribed by the provisions of state law for an offense, such penalty for such an offense shall apply to a person convicted of the same offense in this chapter.
