§ 51.04 OWNER RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN WATER USE SYSTEM.
   It is the responsibility of the owner of the premises to maintain in proper working order the water use system from the city curb stop and/or the property line and within his or her premises at his or her own expense.
