§ 50.11 DESTRUCTION OF PAVEMENT, SIDEWALK AND CURBS.
   The City Council reserves the right to charge the owner of the premises or the occupant thereof for destruction of pavement, sidewalks and/or curbs if damaged when water and/or sewer system is being installed.
