§ 50.02 DELINQUENT BILLS.
   If the charges for water and/or sewer charges are not paid in full within 30 days after the last day of the billing month for such services, such services shall be discontinued subject to a hearing requested by the customer without further notice and shall not be reinstated until all claims are settled.
