It shall be unlawful for any person to drink beer, wine or other alcoholic beverages, or possess said beverage except in the original package and with the seal unbroken, upon any public street, sidewalk, public way, park, parking lot or other public place in the city. Said ordinance shall be published in all establishments in the city where alcoholic liquor is sold, and shall be displayed at all times in a prominent location near the exits of said establishments with a printed sign which shall be supplied by the city.
