§ 114.21 INSPECTIONS.
   It shall be unlawful to refuse to grant admittance to the premises for which a license has been issued at any time upon the verbal request of any police officer, the Health Officer or Mayor, for the purpose of making an inspection of such premises, or any part thereof.
