It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale, at retail, or to give away, in or upon any licensed premises, any alcoholic liquor between the hours of: 12:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Monday through Friday, 1:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday; provided further, that no alcoholic liquor shall be served to any patrons 15 minutes prior to the closing of said premises. For all Class A, B, C and T license holders, it shall be unlawful to keep open for business or to admit the public to, or permit the public to remain within, or to permit the consumption of alcoholic liquor in or upon any premises in which alcoholic liquor is sold at retail during the hours within which the sale of such liquor is prohibited. Class D license holders may be open for business but may not sell alcoholic liquor during the prohibited hours.
