§ 93.29 DISTANCE FROM STREET CORNERS AND FIRE HYDRANTS.
   No street trees shall be planted within 25 feet of any street corner measured from the point of nearest intersecting curbs or curb lines unless prior approval has been obtained from the Tree Board. No street trees shall be planted within 35 feet of any fire hydrant.
