(A) Semi-tractor trailers and/or trailers for such vehicles are prohibited from over night parking on the area commonly known as the Lacon Marina.
(B) Signs enforcing such prohibition shall be placed at the following locations: within limits of Lacon Marina parking areas.
(C) A violation of this restriction shall result in a fine as set forth in § 10.99, which fine shall be posted on the signs in accordance with state law.
