(A) Overtaking on the right on State Route 17 (Fifth Street) within the corporate limits of the city is hereby prohibited.
(B) The State Department of Transportation is hereby requested to post signs on said route prohibiting overtaking on the right as set forth above.
(C) A violation of this restriction shall result in a fine as set forth in § 10.99.
(D) This schedule shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption, passage approval and publication as provided by law, as well as after posting of those signs specified herein above.
