For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ABANDONED VEHICLE. All vehicles including but not all inclusive of trailers, boat trailers, motor homes, and campers parked on a public way, street or alley in the city, not being properly licensed and or registered with the Secretary of State and/or Department of Conservation (boats on a trailer); or in the state of disrepair rendering the vehicle incapable of being driven; or has not been moved or used for 14 consecutive days.
