§ 52.123 AFFIDAVITS; RECORDING.
   Whenever a bill for sewer service charge remains unpaid 30 days after it has been rendered, the City Clerk is authorized and directed to file with the Recorder of Deeds of the county, and a statement of lien claim verified by the affidavit of the City Clerk or other officer of the city having knowledge of facts. The statement shall contain a sufficiently correct description of the lot, lots or tracts of land to identify the same, the balance due after allowing all credits, the date upon which such amount, as well as for all charges for sewer service or other services in connection therewith supplied subsequent to the period covered by the bill.
