§ 52.035 CLEARWATER CONNECTIONS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person(s) shall discharge, or cause to be discharged, any storm water, surface water, groundwater, roof runoff, footing drainage, subsurface drainage, uncontaminated cooling water or unpolluted industrial process water into any sanitary sewer.
   (B)   Sanitary or domestic sewage may be taken to include basement floor drainage; however, this shall not include any storm or groundwater intentionally or knowingly conveyed to the basement floor, and from said basement floor to and into the sanitary sewer system. Sump pumps installed and used for this purpose are prohibited.
