§ 52.034 CONFORMANCE TO REGULATIONS REQUIRED.
   (A)   The connection of a building sewer into the public sewer including, but not limited to: the size, slope, alignment, materials of construction of a building sewer; the methods to be used in excavating and placing of the pipe; jointing, testing and backfilling the trench, shall all conform to the requirements of the State Plumbing Code and any other applicable rules and regulations of the city. In the absence of code provisions or in amplification thereof, the materials and procedures set forth in appropriate specifications of the American Society of Testing Materials, Water Pollution Control Federation Manual of Practice No. 9, and Standard Specifications for Water and Sewer Main Construction in the state shall apply.
   (B)   Any deviation from the pre-described procedures and materials must be approved by the city before installation.
   (C)   The ends of all pipes not to be connected immediately shall be securely stopped by a water-tight plug of durable material manufactured for said purpose.
