§ 71.01 DISOBEYING TRAFFIC SIGNALS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The Town Council of the Town of Kouts, Indiana, the Town Marshal or any other person designated by the President of the Town Council shall post or cause to be posted suitable signs for the purpose to require that all traffic approaching the intersection of Will Street and Rose Street be required to first stop before entering the intersection.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle to disobey the instructions of any traffic sign or signal placed in view by the authority of the President of the Town Council in accordance with this section. Further, it shall be unlawful for any person to deface, injure, remove, move or interfere with any traffic sign or signal.
   (C)   A stop sign shall mean and require the complete secession of movement.
