§ 50.21 COLLECTION PROCEDURE.
   Each year, the Town Council or its authorized contractor or representative may announce and commence collection of yard waste in the town.
   (A)   All yard waste placed for collection shall be free from waste oil and other chemical contaminants.
   (B)   Yard waste shall be deposited for collection at the curbside during the fall and spring collection times. No yard waste shall be placed in any street or sidewalk so as to interfere with the free flow of vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
   (C)   No property owner shall allow yard waste to be deposited for collection which is not produced, collected from or generated from the property or place of collection.

§ 50.22 FEES.
   A written schedule of fees shall be established by the office of the Clerk-Treasurer which shall be the same fee charged by the Porter County Solid Waste Management District or other contractor hired by the town and shall become an obligation of each residential property owner within the town. The fee established shall not exceed $50 per annum per household or property. In the event the town shall perform such service, the fee established shall be the same as the identifiable cost to the town to provide such service.
