(A) No person shall purposely or knowingly, feed, bait, or in any manner provide access to food to any wild animal or waterfowl on property owned and operated by the city. This section shall not apply to the feeding of farm animals.
(B) Nothing in this section shall apply to any person(s) authorized by the Parks Department; or any person(s) fishing or hunting pursuant to a valid fishing or hunting license, if necessary, or as authorized by the necessary federal, state, or city governmental entities.
