§ 134.99 PENALTY.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter for the first time shall be liable to a fine not less than $25. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day or part of each day during which a violation occurs or continues. Any subsequent violation of this chapter shall result in a fine of not less than $50.
