§ 111.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   The city may seek injunctive relief to prevent threatened violations of §§ 111.02 through 111.09.
   (B)   Persons found to be in violation of §§ 111.02 through 111.09 may be fined not more than $2,500 per violation.
   (C)   Remedies for violation of §§ 111.02 through 111.09 shall be cumulative and not mutually exclusive.
