A penalty of $2 per day shall be assessed to any user for each day that a report required by this chapter, or a permit or order issued hereunder, is late. Where such required reports are greater than thirty calendar days overdue, a value of $4 per day shall be used to calculate the total penalty owed. Actions taken by the Superintendent to collect late reporting penalties shall not limit the Superintendent’s authority to initiate other enforcement actions that may include penalties for late reporting violations.
