§ 55.176 INDIVIDUAL AND GENERAL PERMITS: PERMIT REISSUANCE.
   A user with an expiring individual or general wastewater discharge permit shall apply for individual or general wastewater discharge permit reissuance by submitting a complete permit application, in accordance with § 55.154, a minimum of 120 calendar days prior to the expiration of the user’s existing individual or general wastewater discharge permit.
