§ 55.122 OTHER PRETREATMENT PROGRAM FEES.

The Superintendent may assess fees and charges for all other activities, which may include, but are not limited to noncompliance monitoring and inspection, review of construction plans, annual publication of violators, filing appeals and private laboratory analysis. Such fees shall be billed directly to the user as set out in the following table of charges:

Superintendent	Prevailing hourly wage plus benefits
Utility Director	Prevailing hourly wage plus benefits
Corporate Counsel	Prevailing hourly wage plus benefits
Engineering staff	Prevailing hourly wage plus benefits
Pretreatment team	Prevailing hourly wage plus benefits
Technician	Prevailing hourly wage plus benefits
Clerical	Prevailing hourly wage plus benefits
Other legal expenses	At cost
Private laboratory analysis	At cost plus 10%
