§ 55.100 GENERAL PROVISIONS.

This subchapter shall set forth the policies and requirements applicable to fees and assessments which the city shall impose upon users of the POTW for the processing and treatment of wastewater discharged to the POTW. This subchapter shall also set forth fees for users of the municipal separate stormwater system operated by the city.
