§ 55.089 MODIFICATION OR WAIVER OF REQUIREMENTS.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety may modify or waive any specific requirement of this section when a petitioner files a written request for modification or waiver and includes in his or her request good and sufficient reasons other than personal misfortunes or hardship for granting a modification or waiver.
