§ 55.088 SEPARATE ACCOUNTING ON EXTENSION FEES AND ASSESSMENTS.
   All extension fees and area assessments shall be placed in a separate non-reverting fund and shall be used exclusively for the design and construction of sanitary sewers and lift stations.
