§ 55.081 EVIDENCE OF ASSESSABILITY.

The connection of any property to the sewer shall be prima facie evidence of its assessability where interpretation is in doubt. Any real estate lying within the assessment area shall be subject to the assessment at the time it is connected to the POTW.
