§ 55.040 CONNECTIONS BY OUT-OF-CITY PROPERTIES.

The Board of Public Works and Safety shall have the authority, per IC 36-9-2-18, to permit a property located outside the corporate limits to connect to an existing sewer which is part of the sewerage system on such terms as are deemed beneficial to the city.
