§ 35.03 LEVY ACCESS FUND.
   (A)   Creation. There is hereby established a Levy Excess Fund to receive in the property tax distribution which exceeds 100% of the city’s ad valorem property tax levy.
   (B)   Purpose. The funds, on deposit in the Levy Excess Fund, may be used to reduce the ensuing year’s property tax levy.
