§ 114.17 EXEMPTION.

The provisions of the this chapter, and specifically §§ 114.03 through § 114.16 hereof, shall not apply to any business operated at 6530 Bay Road, Kochville Township, pursuant to the site plan approval previously granted by the Kochville Township Planning Commission.
