§ 114.16 ADDITIONAL REMEDIES.

A violation of any provision of this chapter shall also be a nuisance per se, and in addition to the remedies and penalties otherwise provided in this chapter, the township shall be entitled to seek and obtain temporary and permanent equitable relief, enjoin violations of this chapter, and seek all other remedies as provided by law.
