(A) Cross-connections shall be prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to make, permit to be made, any cross-connection on any lot or parcel of land owned or occupied by him or her.
(B) The township adopts by reference the water supply cross-connection rules of the State Department of Public Health, being M.A.C. §§ 325.11401 to 325.11407, as amended and is covered by a separate cross-connection policy or ordinance.
