§ 51.085 REPAIR.
   (A)   Water service pipe from the curb stop to the meter shall be the responsibility of the owner of the premises.
   (B)   Any plumber called upon to shut off water and drain pipes in any premises shall do so inside the building only beyond the meter.
   (C)   Persons taking water must keep their water service pipe and their meter protected from frost and hot water at their own expense. Where the water service pipe or meter is damaged by frost or hot water, a licensed plumber, to be employed and paid by the consumer, shall repair the water service pipe. The township, at the expense of the consumer, shall replace the water meter.
