(A) All township water used on any premises must pass through a water meter. Any bypass between the meter and the main is prohibited.
(B) All premises using township water shall be metered and shall pay for water at the rates specified.
(C) Water meters shall be obtained from the township.
(D) Each water meter shall be served by its own water connection and water service pipes unless the township approves another system incorporating exterior valves to control water flow to each meter.
