§ 51.047 USES ON ONE CONNECTION; LIMITATION.
   (A)   Unless written approval is granted by the township, separate premises shall have separate curb stops, water service pipe installations and shall be separately metered.
   (B)   Whenever water is to be supplied to more than one consumer located in a single building and supplied through one service, the premises owner shall be responsible for the payment of water bills.
   (C)   In no event shall a consumer extend water service pipes or plumbing across any public way, or to an adjacent property in order to furnish service thereto, even though the adjacent property is owned by the consumer.
