(A) Inspection. The Superintendent and other duly authorized representatives of the township bearing proper credentials and identification shall be permitted to enter upon all premises served by the water system at reasonable times for the purpose of inspection, observation, measurement, sampling and testing to determine compliance with the provisions of this chapter. Any person who requests water supply and/or receives water from the water system under this chapter shall be deemed to have consented to inspections pursuant to this section, including entrance upon the person's premises at reasonable times to make inspections.
(B) Meter reader access. Any duly authorized agent or employee of the township shall have access to the consumer's premises at all reasonable hours for the purpose of reading meters, inspections, doing repairs or installing or removing any or all township owned apparatus used for providing service to the consumer.
