§ 153.042 INTERMITTENT LIGHTS.

(A) Except as otherwise provided for in this chapter, no sign shall have blinking, flashing or fluttering lights or other illuminating devices, such as changing light intensity, brightness or color.

(B) Beacon lights are not permitted.
