§ 111.07 NUDITY, DANCING AND LIVE ENTERTAINMENT.
   (A)   No licensee under the State Liquor Control Code, as amended, M.C.L.A. §§ 436.1101 et seq., shall permit on the licensed premises:
      (1)   Any display or exhibition of live nude male or female dancing or entertainment involving any of the following:
         (a)   Patently offensive displays, representations or descriptions of ultimate sexual acts, normal or perverted, actual or simulated; or
         (b)   Patently offensive displays, representations or descriptions of masturbation, excretory functions or genitalia.
      (2)   Any display or exhibition of live nude male or female dancing or entertainment in which the male or female genitalia, buttocks or anus are exposed or exhibited or any display or exhibition of live nude female dancing or entertainment including any topless activity in which the female breasts are exposed or exhibited.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      NUDE or NUDITY. Exposure to public view of the whole or part of the pubic region; the whole or the part of the anus; the whole or part of the buttocks; the whole or part of the genitals; or the breast area including the nipple or more than half of the area of the breast.
      TOPLESS. Display, exposure or exhibition of the female breast area, including the nipple, or more than half of the area of the breast, is directly exposed or exposed by means of see-through clothing or a body stocking:
   (C)   Regardless of whether the licensee has been granted any other permits under the State Liquor Control Code, as amended, M.C.L.A. §§ 436.1101 et seq., including, but not limited to, an entertainment permit, dance permit, combination dance-entertainment permit, the following restrictions and prohibitions apply within the township.
      (1)   Live entertainment shall be restricted to the area consisting of the dance floor and/or stage.
      (2)   The total square footage area of any dance floor may not exceed the combined total square footage area of the bar and eating area.
      (3)   Table dancing or pole dancing is strictly prohibited.
