§ 94.06 APPEAL.

(A) The owner and/or occupant may appeal to the Township Board for a public hearing which shall be held at the next regular Township Board meeting providing he or she files a request in writing with the Township Clerk within ten days of the receipt of the notice as provided in § 94.05.

(B) Following the hearing, the decision of the Township Board as to the violation is final.
