§ 92.065 OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE.
   (A)   All non-motorized pathways systems shall be operated and maintained by the township's Department of Public Works.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to excavate any portion of a non-motorized pathway or the immediate area around any non-motorized pathway without the prior written approval of the Township Board.
