§ 92.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter and/or posted rules and regulations shall be punishable by a civil infraction. The Township Code Enforcement Officer or any law enforcement officer duly appointed by the United States, the state or by a political subdivision thereof, shall be authorized to issue and pursue violations of this chapter. Any person convicted as a juvenile offender shall be punished in the discretion of the court.
   (B)   Nothing in this section shall prohibit a court of competent jurisdiction from ordering any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter and/or posted rules and regulations from reimbursing the township for any reward offered, all of its actual cost of replacement of any damaged township park, facility or equipment, and reasonable attorneys' fees.
