(A) Except when lawfully in a dog park, as defined, no person shall bring into or have in his or her possession or control within the boundaries of any township park, any dog or animal of any kind, unless the dog or animal shall be kept on a leash not over six feet in length and under the reasonable control of some responsible person.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to bring into, or have in his or her possession or control, any dog or animal of any kind, in any township park other than picnic areas, non-motorized pathways and open areas. No dog or animal shall be allowed in any recreation area, including, but not limited to, ball diamonds, play structures, water play area or waterpark. This section shall not apply to leader dogs for the blind or to dogs under the control of the township or other law enforcement agency.
(C) All persons shall be responsible for the removal of all solid waste generated by any animal under their control.
(D) It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or lead any horse within the boundaries of any township park without written permission from the township. This section shall not apply to a law enforcement officer duly appointed by the United States, the state or by a political subdivision thereof utilizing horses in the performance of his or her official duties.
(E) It shall be unlawful for any person to annoy, chase, harass, kill or cause injury to any wildlife located on township park property. This division (E) does not prohibit the township or its agents from eradicating pests, varmints or other animals that may cause or that are causing damage to any township park property.
