(A) (1) Township parks, with the exception of the non-motorized pathway that is always open unless otherwise posted, will remain open daily between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and sunset (local time) throughout the year unless otherwise posted by the township.
(2) It shall be unlawful for any person to enter or remain in any township park after the posted closing hours without the written permission of the township.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to use or occupy any area or facility in any township park when the area or facility is closed to the use of the public or by order of the township.
(C) It shall not be unlawful for township employees, while on township business, to remain in or on any township park during the times as the township park shall be closed to the public.
(D) It shall not be unlawful for person other than township employees to be on or in township park property after hours; provided that, the person has the prior approval and written permission of the Township Supervisor and that the approval shall not be granted, except in pursuance of and when related to township business or a special event approved by the Township Board.
