§ 90.040 OVERLASHING.
   (A)   The permittee shall not allow the wires or any other facilities of a third party to be overlashed to the permittee's facilities without the municipality's prior written consent.
   (B)   The municipality's right to withhold written consent is subject to the authority of the MPS Cunder § 361 of the State Telecommunications Act.
