4-1-18: OFFSET PROGRAM:
All unpaid debts resulting from ambulance bills for service, fire bills for service, and hazmat bills for service shall be submitted to the State (Offset) Setoff Program administered by the Iowa Department of Revenue. (Ord. 23-12, 10-16-2023)
