A. Annual Fee: Every licensee, except commercial market promoters and merchants, shall pay an annual license fee of one hundred five dollars ($105.00) which shall be nonrefundable. (Ord. 97-12, 6-16-1997)
B. Operation Near Fairgrounds; Racing Events:
1. Collection Of Fees: For peddlers, solicitors or transient merchants who operate in the central business district or on streets closed by the city, or on city property for activities during special racing events at the Marion County Fairgrounds, including, but not limited to, the World Of Outlaws shows, California Racing Association races and the National Sprint Car Finals Week, the Knoxville chamber of commerce will have complete authority to collect fees related to participation in chamber events, locate vendors and coordinate activities associated with or sponsored by the Knoxville chamber of commerce. C. National Sprint Car Finals Week: Regardless of the date when this license is obtained, no license shall be effective for use during more than one National Sprint Car Finals Week. (Ord. 95-5, 10-16-1995)
D. Commercial Market Promoters: Every commercial market promoter shall pay an annual fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) or a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per promotion, which may last up to five (5) days, and said fee shall be nonrefundable.
E. Commercial Market Merchants: Commercial market merchants shall not be required to obtain a license or pay any fee. (Ord. 91-5, 8-19-1991)
