1-12-3: APPOINTMENT AND TERM:
The Council shall appoint, by a majority vote, a Community and Economic Development Director to serve at the pleasure of the Council. However, the Community and Economic Development director may be removed by an affirmative four-fifths (4/5) vote of the Council. (Ord. 21-08, 10-4-2021)
