3-3-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:

Any person engaging in peddling, soliciting, in the business of a transient merchant or a commercial market promoter in the city without first obtaining a license as herein provided shall be in violation of this chapter. (Ord. 91-5, 8-19-1991)
