The Chief of Police may order any tavern closed when there has been a disturbance which required calling in additional police officers besides those on duty and when in his opinion the closing of said tavern will end the disturbance. Any such tavern closed by order of the Chief of Police shall remain closed until six o'clock (6:00) A.M. on the day following the disturbance. (Ord. 81-2, 2-2-1981)
