3-2-9: LIQUOR LICENSEE AND BEER PERMITTEE REQUIREMENTS:
A holder of a liquor license and a beer permit, in addition to the other requirements of this Chapter and of the Iowa Beer and Liquor Control Act, shall: (Ord. 81-2, 2-2-1981)
   A.   Lighting: Have a one hundred (100) watt light bulb in each exterior doorway overhead. (Ord. 81-2, 2-2-1981; 1996 Code)
   B.   Hours: Prohibit anyone on the premises between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M., except for employees. (Ord. 83-4, 12-5-1983)
   C.   Posting Signs:
      1.   Open Containers: Post a sign within the premises, stating that no open container of beer or alcohol shall be taken from the premises. (Ord. 81-2, 2-2-1981)
      2.   Underage Persons: Post a sign in the window or door of the premises, stating no one under age twenty one (21) will be served and proper identification will be required. (Ord. 81-2, 2-2-1981; 1996 Code)
