This title governs the review of subdivision plats and/or plats of survey for divisions of all land within the corporate limits of the city of Knoxville, Iowa, and within two (2) miles adjacent to said corporate limits. The authority to review subdivision plats or plats of survey within two (2) miles of the corporate limits of the city of Knoxville, Iowa, is established pursuant to sections 354.8 and 354.9, subsections 1 and 2, of the 2005 code of Iowa and all amendments thereto.
